The principal appraiser, Caroline Seigel, is an Accredited Member of the
American Society of Appraisers and practices in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice or
USPAP. Seigel holds Masters degrees in Art History and Library Science from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. She
also holds a Certificate in Art Connoisseurship from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and a Bachelors Degree
in Studio Art from Colorado College, Colorado Springs. She has experience working with the Art Institute of Chicago, the Indianapolis
Museum of Art, and the Indiana University Graduate Research Library and Art Museum.
20th Century West Art Appraisal is a member of the Business Council of the Museum
of Fine Arts, Museum of New Mexico, Santa Fe.
